We want to inform that the SRA project of Rockline Developers Pvt. LTD ( Site Address: Pankeshah Baba Dargah, Ghatkopar(W),near R City mall) (SRA 1786/N/PL) Sra 2172 N PL AP IOA REHAB BLDG NO-11665481) is full of manipulations. As it is known that for SRA approval 70% of people of that area should agree and then only SRA project can be approved. In this SRA project to meet the criteria of 70% , bogus light bills were prepared and presented to SRA office and the project was approved on those bogus light bills. A suit was filed against the builder and those people who are involved in preparing light bills in Vikhroli court. The Metropolitan Magistrate Shri R N Ambatkar had passed the following order: " The complaint be send to the Nirmal Nagar Police station for investigation u/sec.156(3) of Cr. P.C" Above order was passed on 14/02/2014.Based on this Nirmal Nagar Police station has registered the FIR but neither any further investigations has been done nor any charge sheet has been issued to the accused. We had also approached to Reliance Energy regarding the authenticity of those light bills but Reliance Energy has clearly given that those light bills are bogus. They have issued a letter stating that nearly 120 (plus) light bills are bogus. The promoters who are the local goons of that area have been allotted four to five rooms on the basis of bogus light bills of year 2005 onwards. On the contrary the light bills should have been of the year upto 1995 only.The local goons have been allotted rooms on basis of driving license also which is totally illegal. The poor residents of the hutment who are legally authorized to get more than one room are devoid of the facility and the goons are enjoying all facilities. Also local police is fully supporting the builder. The local police is not ready to register any FIR/complain against the goons of builder. On the contrary the owners of hutments who try to raise voice against the builder and their goons are tortured and local police very readily takes complain of the builder. The situation has worsen to such an extent that local people are scared to go to local police station for registering any complain against builder or his goons. We had heard stories of Gundaraj in Bihar and other remote places but it seems gundaraj exists in proper Mumbai also. There may be one reason for no action and i.e. this is collector’s pet project and involvement of other politicians. Sir, if Adarsh scam can bring down the project at halt then we say that this project has scam of 400 crore which is more than adarsh. We request you to raise enquiry in this matter and help the poor and needy residents of hutments to get their one of the basic fundamental right i.e a house to live in.
